I seriously cannot believe school has started already. Where did the summer go? Brynnley just started first grade and is lucky enough to have her Grandma (my mom) Mrs. Warnick for her teacher this year. She was sooooo excited to go to school all day and to see all of her school friends. She came home from school just as excited and said the best part of the day was recess (duh!) and she even thought school lunch was fabulous (whew!), so it looks like we are off to the start of another great school year.
Watch out first grade - here comes Brynnley!!!! She was seriously thrilled to go back to school. I was a little less thrilled and even started crying the night before school started. I'm not sure if that's normal or not, but come on 8 hours away from me every day for... like... EVER!!!! I'm sure I'll adjust quickly, but for now I am sad to see her go!!!!!
Little miss Brooklyn also started Preschool again at Miss Misti's this year. She was so sad not to be able to go on the first day because of the dang flu, but Monday finally came and she got to wear her new school outfit and go to preschool with her little friend Lucy. She was excited and had a great first day!!!!!
Who could possibly be ready for school without Back to School Haircuts!!!!! Brynn insisted on going short again.
Brooks insisted on going even shorter. Seriously, who is going to blow that out every morning? Brandon? It is too cute though and she loves it!!!!
And finally Ryder had to get his second haircut ever. He looks like such a big boy now with short hair. Thank goodness he's not ready to go school yet!!!!!
I really am so lucky to have such a great family. I still can't believe Brynn is old enough to be in school all day and Brooks will start Kindergarten next year. It really doesn't last very long does it? Thanks kiddos for being so amazing!!! I love you and I'm lucky to be your mom!!!!

Holy divas! I love Brooks little outfit! And their haircuts are fabulous. Makayla insisted on going short too and has hers the same length as Brooks. It is hard to send your kiddos all day away from you. I cried when Makayla and Logan went to kinder all day too. It's an adjustment, but this year I went to breakfast with my friends and enjoyed the time with just Savannah. Keep that in mind for next year. : )
They are so cute! I should blow out and straighten Ally's hair everyday, it would look cute like that. But, I don't! :) I can't beleive Brynn is in school all day either. Ally starts Kindergarten on Monday and Isaac goes to preschool after Labor Day! Ryder is so cute and getting so big! I love his haircut too! Glad you guys are doing well!
They look so cute! I love Brynn's little bob! Can you believe our kids are this old! We are getting old! Good thing we still look HOT!:)
I'm with you on first grade! I have ALWAYS hated it, every year I've had a child go. I think what it is for me is that I am just jealous. I hate the fact that my kids spend more time with their teachers than with me! It is so unfair. At least Brynn gets to be with your Mom. I also love the haircuts! I wish Hal would go short again. Hang in there the first grade blues eventually pass!
You will have to keep us up to date on how parent teacher conference goes with Mrs. Warnick.... that is so fun. I am sure you will find tons of things to fill up the hours while the girls are in school. But I am sure one day they will enjoy knowing that they were missed.
