First Day of School

Brynnley was so excited to start 2nd grade this year. She has a lot of friends in her class and wasn't worried about a thing. She knew what she wanted to wear, what bag (not backpack) she wanted to take and she bounced out the door and didn't look back. She really likes her new teacher Mrs. Heap and so far is having a great year.

A few days after school started, we stopped by grandma Jackie's room and I snapped this picture. Too cute. I realized that I didn't get a single picture of Brynn and Mrs. Warnick last year. So mom, this is for you. Thanks for being a great grandma and teacher. We love you!!!!

Then it was Brooklyn's turn. She started Kindergarten a week later and honestly I wasn't sure how excited she would be, but she was all smiles on the first day and didn't need me at all.
