December is always Crazy and Busy, and full of LOTS and LOTS of family fun! With both of our families close by, we are never lacking in the holiday family fun department. This year December was full of recitals, school activities, the ward party, friend parties, and family parties. What more could we ask for?
I just had to throw this picture in. This is what happens on a daily basis when mom too busy with holiday stuff!!!
Hot chocolate after the Thanksgiving point lights. Are the lights really worth the hour long wait to see every year? I guess so.
The ward party. I thought Santa's lap was just for the kids - apparently not. HUH?
The Christmas dance recital is always a December Highlight. Too bad I didn't get any pics of their actual costumes, but I think they look pretty fancy even in their coats.
Brynn just started taking piano lessons and had her first Christmas recital. She did great, but I could tell she was a little nervous. Thanks Shauna for making piano and the recitals so much fun. I remember my piano recitals --- Oh the HORROR!!!! I guess that was due to the fact that I was a lousy piano player and I never practiced. If only I could do that one over.
My high school girlfriends got together for our annual Christmas dinner party. Its always fun to catch up and it always makes me wonder why we don't get together more often. Well at least the holidays
always give us an excuse.
