This was Brooklyn's first dance recital and she was really excited to wear lipstick and mascara and to "dance on the big stage." She did a great job dancing to Susie Snowflake and even got flowers from dad after her debut performance.
Of course dad couldn't just get flowers for Brooklyn. He had to get some for Brynn too, who informed us that she wasn't nervous at all because apparently she has "performed tons of times" in her 5 years.
They just looked so cute that we had to do a little photo shoot after the show. Too bad Brooklyn couldn't keep her costume for the pictures.
This is Brooklyn's toe touch with a little boost from Brynn.
I had to post this, cause its just so darn cute. This is just a picture of Brooks before dance class. She was so excited to start dance this fall. After watching her big sister dance for the last couple of years, she was ready to have her turn in the spotlight. With 2 girls and all these dance classes, we just might go broke, but at least we'll have some really cute dance pics like these right? And don't let Brandon fool you, he LOVES sitting through all the dance performances and can't wait for many more years to come!
